Signs Your Delta Fence Installation Is Failing
- Gate sag or latch misalignment. The Miami heat cycle expands and contracts aluminum top rails, while our high water table lets gate posts settle unevenly. We see this first on north-facing gates that take the afternoon sun head-on - the thermal movement loosens the bracket screws over two to three years.
- Rails pulling from posts at the connection. This is almost always a post-footing problem, not a rail problem.
