Workmanship and Parts Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Details of our workmanship warranty - including the duration and what it covers - will be provided to you at the time service is completed. Any warranty on parts, materials, or equipment is governed by the terms set by the original manufacturer; we pass those warranties through to you to the extent we are permitted to do so, but we are not the warrantor for third-party parts and cannot extend or modify a manufacturer’s terms.
Warranty coverage is contingent on normal use and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside our control.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time to other customers and keep our schedule running smoothly.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a late-cancellation fee. The amount of any such fee will be communicated to you when you book your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider documented urgent circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Rowan Construction Group Miami’s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or your use of contractormiamifl.com is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including lost profits, loss of data, property damage beyond the scope of the work performed, or any other damages that were not a direct and foreseeable result of our actions. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
Scope and Delivery of Services
Rowan Construction Group Miami offers professional home-service work in Miami, FL and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and any estimate or recommendation we provide is based on our professional assessment of the situation at the time - conditions we discover during the job may affect the final scope or cost.
Please be aware that some jobs booked through contractormiamifl.com may be carried out by qualified independent professionals or partner contractors who work in coordination with us. We take care to engage capable, vetted individuals, but the person who arrives at your home may be one of those affiliated professionals rather than a direct employee of Rowan Construction Group Miami.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of FL, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in FL, and both parties consent to that venue.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the change.
